Our Closings Office is located at 719 W. Front Street in Orange Texas and is located next to the main Sabine Title Office. This office opened in August of 2001 to provide additional space for conducting closings. Ample parking is available between the two buildings.



The spacious lobby of our Closings Office is designed for the customer's comfort. The relaxing decor makes the short time of waiting very pleasant.



The conference room in the Closings Office is also spacious with a beautiful hardwood table that has much history. This dining room table was purchased from The E.W. Brown III Estate by Mr. Lynwood Sanders in 2002 and adds such an air of elegance to the room.
